More Olympics
Of course I watched thw Women's All-Around last night. And there's a gymanst who totally won my heart. It's....Courtney Kupets. My admiration has been stealthily growing since the women's team final. Where some other American gymnast were making the bitchface (cough) Carly (cough) about their silver, COurtney and Annia Hatch rushed to the Romanian to give them congratulations and hugs. When Courtney and Bitchface, I mean CARLY, were interviewed that night Courtney was ecstatic about her silver where Carly looked like someone killed her cat. So in the all around, Courtney blows and routine and SHE SMILES, looking like she's happy to be there. Carly bitchfaces her way through all four of her routines, never cracking a smile until she knows she won. To sum up: Courtney - YEAH! Carly - BLEAH!
Speaking of BLEAH and gymanstics, I hate Marta Karolyi. She needs to get her self-tanned face off the tv screens 'cause she's pissn' me off. To the point where I'm using apostrophes. I hate the fact she was all down of the U.S. team when they got silver and saying how disappointed she was in them and how they didn't do good enough. Not like SHE as the TEAM COORDINATOR had anything to do with that. She just COORDINATED the team and is separate enough to bag on them when they get silver. But then when Bitchface gets her gold, Marta all over the screen telling people how she knews that "our" girl had it in her and all that jazz. Way to go Marta, because you really had everything to do with that victory.
